
When I got involved in re-designing the sponsorship package, one of the things I wanted to focus on was the photography. Strong and dramatic images really speak to the kind of intensity that roller derby players have. With that in mind, I worked closely with the head of sponsorship to come up with a concept that highlighted the appropriate elements and portray the right image.

My father is prone to spouting pseudo-philosophical statements about the ‘journey down the river of life’. For Father’s Day, my sister and I decided it was high time that he start proclaiming his status as a River of Life Guru.
